Data deletion

Effective date: September 15, 2026

You can request deletion of information stored by AFF-Pacing without giving us your password or access token.

Send a deletion request

  1. Email privacy@digitaloptimizer.app with the subject AFF-Pacing data deletion request.
  2. Include the Meta ad account ID or business name associated with the service and the email address where we can reply. If relevant, include your Slack workspace name. Specify whether you want one integration's data removed or all information associated with the account.
  3. Send the request from an authorized business contact. We may request limited additional information to verify your authority and identify the correct records.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card information or individual customer purchase records.

What happens next

After verification, we will identify the affected data, stop associated processing where requested, and delete applicable account settings, observations, incidents, action history and integration credentials under our control. We will tell you when the request is completed or explain any information that must be retained and why.

Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations, security investigations or disputes. Where backup copies exist, deletion may follow the applicable backup lifecycle. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Disconnect Meta access

In your Meta account or Business Settings, review the apps and business integrations with access, select AFF-Pacing and remove its access. If a system-user token was used, an authorized business administrator can revoke that token or remove its asset access. Menu names can vary by account.

Revoking access prevents future authorized API requests, but does not automatically delete data AFF-Pacing has already stored. Email us to request that deletion.

Data held by other platforms

This request covers AFF-Pacing's stored information. It does not delete your Meta advertising account, campaigns, RedTrack records or Slack message history held by those services. Manage those records through the relevant platform or contact its administrator.
