Terms of use

These terms govern your use of AFF-Pacing, operated by Digital Optimizer. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not connect accounts or use the service.

Authorized business use

You must have authority to access each account you connect and to authorize any actions requested for it. You are responsible for complying with applicable law and the terms of Meta, RedTrack, Slack and other connected services.

Monitoring and advertising actions

AFF-Pacing monitors configured accounts and sends notifications based on the rules you choose. In shadow mode, budget actions are simulated. Live reductions and pauses require explicit enablement. Budget increases, restoration, reactivation and budget-surfing suggestions require human review and are not automatically executed by the controller.

You are responsible for checking account identifiers, currency, timezone, attribution, reporting freshness, thresholds, daily plans, budget floors, emergency limits and authorized responders before enabling monitoring or live controls. Only configured advertising objects are managed.

Budget controls are not a spending guarantee. Reporting delays, continued ad delivery, API restrictions, notification failures and outages can cause spend to exceed a configured threshold. You remain responsible for advertising charges.

Human oversight

Review alerts and audit history, maintain account access and ensure that authorized people can respond. A kill switch cannot recall a request already sent to an advertising platform. Disabling or disconnecting the service does not automatically restore budgets, resume paused ads or erase stored data.

Access and acceptable use

Protect credentials, use the service only with authorized accounts, and do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service or obtain another party's data. We may restrict access when necessary to address misuse, security incidents, legal obligations or third-party platform requirements.

Third-party dependencies and availability

The service depends on external reporting and APIs. We do not guarantee continuous availability, exact reporting, advertising results, savings or prevention of loss. Verify important decisions against the advertising and tracking platforms themselves. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees beyond those expressly agreed with you.

Privacy and termination

Our privacy policy explains how information is handled. You may stop using the service and revoke integration access at any time. To request removal of stored information, follow the data-deletion instructions. Any separate written commercial agreement continues to govern its own fees and commitments.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Review the effective date above. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
