Data deletion

You can request deletion of information associated with Johan’s - Media Buyer AI without sharing passwords or access tokens.

Send a request

  1. Email privacy@digitaloptimizer.app with the subject “Media Buyer AI data deletion”.
  2. Include your business name, relevant Meta account ID or other identifier, a reply address and the scope of your request. If you are a lead or customer, identify the business that collected your information and enough detail to locate your record; do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
  3. Say whether your request covers source records, AI inputs/outputs, training datasets, derived insights or model artifacts. You may request all information associated with you or your account.

How requests are handled

We verify identity or authority, identify affected records and processors, assess the requested deletion and respond within applicable legal deadlines. Records subject to a legal retention requirement are handled separately, with the reason explained where permitted. Where we act on another business’s instructions, we coordinate the request with that business.

Deletion of source records does not automatically remove their influence from trained models. We assess affected datasets, provider copies and model artifacts and explain the available remediation and limitations, including whether affected models must be retired or retrained. We do not promise automatic model unlearning.

Stop future access

In your Meta account or Business Settings, review business integrations and apps, select Johan’s - Media Buyer AI and remove access. For system-user access, ask the business administrator to revoke the token or asset permissions. Disconnect other integrations through the relevant provider or contact us for assistance.

Revoking access stops future authorized access but does not itself delete stored data, remove training artifacts or reverse campaign changes. This request does not delete records held independently by Meta, your business or other platforms.
