These terms cover Johan’s - Media Buyer AI, provided by Digital Optimizer LLC. Use the service only if you are authorized to act for the connected business and advertising accounts.
Permissions and information
You must have appropriate rights, notices, permissions and legal grounds for the information you connect or provide, including lead/customer information and its AI processing. The privacy policy describes the providers and model training or fine-tuning. Do not send passwords, payment-card information or unnecessary sensitive records in prompts or support requests.
Advertising actions and AI
Review account scope, budgets, integrations and automation settings before enabling actions. AI outputs and predictions can be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for campaign decisions, advertising charges, creative claims and platform requirements. The service does not guarantee profitability, conversion results, uninterrupted availability or an absolute spending ceiling.
Platform and training restrictions
Use of Meta and other connected services is subject to their terms. Meta advertiser data must remain separated and be used only for the advertiser’s permitted campaign purposes. These terms do not authorize pooled training across advertisers, independent provider use, unrelated profiling or any other use prohibited by the data source. Model training and fine-tuning require the applicable data rights, provider agreements and platform permissions; acceptance of these terms alone does not establish them.
Disconnection, changes and contact
You may revoke platform access and request deletion through our deletion page. Disconnection does not undo advertising actions or automatically remove existing training artifacts. Features may change or become unavailable when providers change access or functionality. Nothing here removes rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
